Our small-batch blended traditional Mediterranean Za’atar is an aromatic blend of sumac, sesame seeds and herbs that is totally delicious when mixed with oil and spread on bread; but really hits its stride as a seasoning for meats and veggies.

Inspired by the cooking in the rural Provence area of France, this mixture is best used with poultry and seafood and can also add to a flavorful salad dressing when adding a pinch of our herb mixture.

This tangy, South American chimichurri seasoning blend of garlic, onion, parsley and spices accented with a citrus lemon touch is an updated version of a classic Argentinean blend.

Fire-roasted chipotle peppers provide the base for this smoky blend of spices that bring the flavor of the Southwest to your kitchen. Touches of garlic, sugar and other natural flavors create this versatile seasoning blend. Muy bien!
